We have recently had HRV installed in our home. Before this our windows were dripping and because there was no channel at the bottom of our windows, the window sills were just getting more and more ruined. Since we’ve had HRV installed we no longer have this. The condensation is not completely gone, but most days our windows are dry or slightly misty. The house is definitely warmer and several people have commented on how warm our home is. We also have a downstairs flat which was very musty and cold - this now doesn’t smell musty and is a lot warmer than it was. Our power bill has gone down as well because we are not using our dehumidifier every day - in fact we sold it.

We are very happy with HRV and would definitely recommend it to anyone with condensation problems.
