Thank you for your letter of 2nd August.

I am happy to report that since having HRV install their Heat Recovery Ventilation System in our house in Waiatarua (a particularly damp region), we have experienced a significant reduction in damp air and condensation. Consequently the floor boards have dried up (after being very damp) and cupboards and wardrobes have been less damp. The temperature has been generally higher during the day than it was previously and we have not had the need to use a great deal of extra heating.

After we had HRV add their in-line heater to the unit in the loft, the temperature has been higher during the night and generally more even throughout day and night. Consequently, we have been much more comfortable.

The deluxe control panel has been a particular boon because it has given us a significant amount of control over the airflow.
