Dear Nick,

A letter of appreciation for you and your staff

From the time of our initial meeting, right through to the return visits of your staff to allay my concerns and re-educate me, I have been impressed with the ethos of the company. Everyone has been most courteous, friendly and helpful and it has been a pleasure dealing with each and every one. It would be a wonderful world indeed if every phone call to a company expressing concern about a product was greeted with Justine’s “Oh, we can’t have that, we’ll have to fix it”, and then to have action taken so promptly!

There is no doubt that the temperature in my home has risen since the system was installed and I’m sure it is also drier. I am looking forward to the benefits it should bring in summertime.

So often these days the letters we need to write to companies are of the ‘brickbat’ variety, so I am pleased to be able to write one of the ‘bouquet’ kind, richly deserved.
