Very many thanks for the refund on the extractor kits that were charged but not installed. I am afraid I had not realised the even change so your refund was doubly welcome. Your action highlights the opinion I had of your firm. Your rep Simon was an extremely capable and friendly person. Then the two installers Shaun and a name I did not hear were a pleasure to have about the house. They set about their tasks with a minimum of fuss and noise - even to cleaning up after them - not seen often enough these days I’m afraid.

Now it only remains for your product to live up to Simon’s promise. Early indications are that it will.
