Dear Sir,

On 3 November I had a Janus HRV Positive Pressure Ventilation System installed by two of your employees named Geoff and Ben. They did an excellent job and then cleaned the relevant carpeted areas of my home in a most satisfactory manner. At the completion of their work they gave me an operating instruction booklet and carefully explained its contents to me. In every respect I found them to be excellent.

Since then I have had a couple of queries and on telephoning your office I was passed to Ricky and he spent some time with me answering my questions. He was very patient and helpful and assured me that he was always available to help.

I have always found the female staff at your office to be polite, enthusiastic about the product and helpful.

Finally, I must comment on Damien Kiss. From the first time I met him I liked him. He has a polite, patient and helpful approach and is an excellent representative for your company.
