Thank you for your letter about referrals. I have mentioned it to my elder son who is interested, but rather cash strapped at present, but will keep on his back, as he shouldn’t be so hard up in a month or two, hopefully!

We have recently sold our property in Mt Albert (the HRV system is working wonderfully well) and will definitely be getting one installed in our new house when we buy, so will probably be in contact with you in the future. I have mentioned it to our many visitors and they are suitably impressed - many of our friends actually rent their properties which makes it impossible for them to purchase one.

I would like to think the HRV was a selling point of our home, as we got a very good price for it!
