Just a brief note to say how much we ar enjoying the HRV system in our home.

Firstly we found the sales rep very knowledgable and not at all pushy. We appreciated his visit to see how everything was going a few days after installation.

The work was carried out quickly and efficiently and on time.

The first evening, the HRV system was working. My young daughter went down with flu and was having some breathing difficulties. The fresh air gently circulated in the room and surprisingly she slept all night. On waking her room, the dampest in the house, was definitely drier with no condensation on the window.

The house continues to feel fresh, the bathrooms dry out each morning, the musty smells have gone, my daughter’s wall and carpet are now dry.

We are very pleased with the system and feel quite smug when we hear about damp homes in Auckland, because ours isn’t one of those!
