Dear Sir,

Having had an HRV system installed for some three months in a variety of weather conditions, we have found it lives up to your claims re dust, condensation, odours etc.

Noticeable in colder weather is going from a warm lounge to a bedroom which is the same temperature. Even in the early hours, there a no colder areas in the house.

We are very pleased and would recommend it in every way.
