Hi Les,

I just want to thank you so much for doing your best to install your hrv unit into our very small roof cavity, the benefit of it has been outstanding.

We have an old house and had problems at the south end of our house as it was very cold and damp due to lack of sun which left a musty smell since having the hrv installed the dampness and musty smells have disappeared. Before it was installed our twin daughters aged three used to have restless sleeps at night since it has been installed they have been sleeping through the night with out any problems. It has dried out the mattresses also in the house and even my husband has notice a huge difference, it has made the air in the house much cleaner and healthier.

I notice the change after just two days, that’s when the moisture on the windows had also disappeared.

Thanks for everything and your extra time you spend to get the hrv into our house. The wait was well worth it and the investment is worth every cent spent.
