Dear Mr Foot,

Thank you for your letter of 2/2/04. The HRV unit was installed on the 19/11/03.

Since then roof temperatures have ranged from plus 50 deg C to 3 deg C.

Condensation has completely disappeared, and the house is drier. Main heating is by a nightstore heater and has been on 50% of previous settings. With very little use of extra heaters.

The controller is very useful for taking advantage of various temperature conditions.
