I had the HRV system installed in my home in November 2002.

Since then I have noticed the temperature in the home stays fairly even. Also the damp patches on a couple of the ceilings have faded and best of all my adult daughter hardly uses her asthma inhalers anymore, she used to regularly use them morning and night.

Another plus seems to be cooking odours dissipate quicker rather than linger like they used to.
