Heat Transfer Upgrade

By adding an HRV Heat Transfer to your existing HRV core ventilation system you can spread heat from existing sources, like a fireplace or heat pump, to balance the temperature throughout your home. Innovative centrifugal fans push air rather than blow it, for minimal noise and air disturbance. It’s easily installed onto your HRV core ventilation system and simple to operate with our Digital Keypad.

Not too sure if this is the right product or model for you?

Best thing we ever did. I used to squeegie every window in the house every morning which froze my poor little fingers. Then I could have my shower to warm up. We thought the HRV system would help with the condensation, but it exceeded our expectations and removed it entirely!  Friends come round and comment how warm our house is on a winters day - we have no heating on. Just awesome.

Since we got our HRV installed a year ago our house has been so much warmer and drier.  What I really like is when the "free heat" kicks in around 10:00 am when the roof space has warmed up and I can feel it puffing gently out into the rooms.  Our lounge used to be freezing without heating even when it was sunny outside - now we get to use the sun's warmth inside the house - much better!

Before we got our HRV my two young boys were always getting sick with colds and Flu. We called HRV and got a saleman to come and explain to us how it worked. When he checked the temp in our lounge it was 22 and when he went down to the boys bedroom it was only 14. Now we have HRV the house is one temp in every room and no condensation or sick kids. You cant put a price on that.

The first thing we did when we bought our house in town was to install an HRV.  We have no condensation and best of all I don't get those annoying tickly throats that I used to get every winter.  We have less colds and coughs since getting the HRV.  When the roof gets hot the HRV blows the warm air into the house meaning that we don't have to use our heating as much.

We Love our HRV! No more wet windows so far this winter, and even better - our heating is so much more efficient. We have a flued gas heater in our lounge that never used to get past the door into the family room, now you can feel the warmth through the kitchen and into the family room. Dryer house? Positive pressure? Who knows it just works :-)

  • HRV’s Heat Transfer system is designed to balance temperatures in the home in the most efficient way possible.
  • It does this by taking advantage of existing heat sources and making them work harder.
  • Whilst one room in particular may be heated comfortably, other rooms in your home might be colder than you’d like.
  • The HRV Heat Transfer system uses a large fan and insulated ducting system to take the latent heat from a primary heat source and pushes it to other areas of the house that require a change in temperature.
  • The HRV Heat Transfer system is fully integrated with our core ventilation system so you can intelligently manage your environment.
  • The result is a much more efficient use of your heating and a balanced, purer environment overall.
