Heat Transfer Upgrade

By adding an HRV Heat Transfer to your existing HRV core ventilation system you can spread heat from existing sources, like a fireplace or heat pump, to balance the temperature throughout your home. Innovative centrifugal fans push air rather than blow it, for minimal noise and air disturbance. It’s easily installed onto your HRV core ventilation system and simple to operate with our Digital Keypad.

Before we got our HRV my two young boys were always getting sick with colds and Flu. We called HRV and got a saleman to come and explain to us how it worked. When he checked the temp in our lounge it was 22 and when he went down to the boys bedroom it was only 14. Now we have HRV the house is one temp in every room and no condensation or sick kids. You cant put a price on that.

The first thing we did when we bought our house in town was to install an HRV.  We have no condensation and best of all I don't get those annoying tickly throats that I used to get every winter.  We have less colds and coughs since getting the HRV.  When the roof gets hot the HRV blows the warm air into the house meaning that we don't have to use our heating as much.

After cleaning our only 2 y old curtains from mold we organised a visit from HRV.  My originally skeptical husband signed us up on the spot, and within days of installation the waterfalls on the windows had disappeared. Come this winter, we had moisture again until we switched back to winter settings - less than 12h later the windows were dry again! I recommend HRV to anyone!

Having two HRV units is wonderful covering three bedrooms, living and dining room. Our old damp, dingy house is now a cozy, warm and scented, yes scented, as I hang fragrances above the fans. A plug-in Ambi-Pur with vanilla and jasmine. HRV has also turned our house into a sweet smelling garden of your choice and I used to have bad asthma as our home use to smell musty. Thank you Harvey, good dog

Since we bought our place winters had been hard with build up of condensation on the ranch sliders. There would be tears and big puddles every morning during the winter months. It was that bad the build up of moisture in the house we would get mold on clothing in the bottom draws, shoes in the wardrobe and on the bottom of the curtains. We installed a heat pump when we moved in but that had no affect on the moisture build up. We had hear of HRV and thought how can it work during the winter months when there is very little heat in the day to heat the roof. . . But I got to eat my words. The moment it was fitted and turned on you could taste the cleaner, dryer air in the house and winter came around and the house has stayed dry ever since we had the system fitted. Cleaner, Dryer and Warmer air has made a big difference to our health and life. Even in the winter months A Bonus it will cool the house down during the hot muggy summer nights

  • HRV’s Heat Transfer system is designed to balance temperatures in the home in the most efficient way possible.
  • It does this by taking advantage of existing heat sources and making them work harder.
  • Whilst one room in particular may be heated comfortably, other rooms in your home might be colder than you’d like.
  • The HRV Heat Transfer system uses a large fan and insulated ducting system to take the latent heat from a primary heat source and pushes it to other areas of the house that require a change in temperature.
  • The HRV Heat Transfer system is fully integrated with our core ventilation system so you can intelligently manage your environment.
  • The result is a much more efficient use of your heating and a balanced, purer environment overall.
